A nice place to live in - they have maintained the place well over the years. I was trying to rent this place remotely from Philly, and the management was very accommodative and helpful. Maricela did an exceptional job in trying to meet all my requirements. She would also send me personalized video tours of units that I boiled down to selection, to help decide. Supposed to be getting a new washer have not got it yet cannot wash my clothes
Essence has been good to me. I’ve been living here for about four months, and so far, I’ve had a positive experience. Whenever I’ve had an issue or needed maintenance, it has been addressed and resolved in a timely manner. I appreciate how responsive and helpful the staff has been during my time here.
