We began the hunt for a house from across the country. That didn’t stop Tristian! He met with us over zoom he sent videos of houses and answered all 300 million of my questions. Tristan was a pleasure to work with! We initially found his YouTube channel, which is invaluable for out of town buyers. Tristan went above and beyond to get us a remote lay of the land. Virtual showings can be difficult but we had no problems getting an accurate and full idea of the houses we were shown (and there were many!) We genuinely appreciate the time and effort he put in to make our home buying experience quick but always informed. We would recommend Tristan to anyone!
I started watching Tristan on YouTube a year ago. I thought he looked fun to work with, knowledgeable of South Dakota/Rapid City, experienced in his work and enjoyed what he does. He responded quickly and made the process easy and gave me all the information I needed for my move. Highly recommend The Emond Team for anyone looking to buy or sell.
