Bought a Condo home in 2026 in Rapid City, SD. Tristan was essential in guiding me buying my townhouse in Rapid City. He knew when I had found the right place, for me. He also walked me through the whole process, to include setting me up with a great home mortgage company. He knew to ask the questions from the seller that I didn't know I needed to ask and was overall so helpful. He pleasant to work with and I recommend checking out his youtube channel.
Our experience working with Tristan was great! We moved to Rapid City from overseas, and we had never been to the area before. He did an amazing job finding us what we were looking for. He was able to accommodate our 8 hour time difference and do virtual showings that felt like we were in the property ourselves. We highly recommend!
We began the hunt for a house from across the country. That didn’t stop Tristian! He met with us over zoom he sent videos of houses and answered all 300 million of my questions. Once we found a house he didn’t stop there he sent us videos every two weeks of the progress on the new build. Tristan was a pleasure to work with! We initially found his YouTube channel, which is invaluable for out of town buyers. Tristan went above and beyond to get us a remote lay of the land. Virtual showings can be difficult but we had no problems getting an accurate and full idea of the houses we were shown (and there were many!) We genuinely appreciate the time and effort he put in to make our home buying experience quick but always informed. We would recommend Tristan to anyone!
