(I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS) I was a patient here in 2023, and my experience was extremely traumatic. Three years later, I still have nightmares about what happened during my stay. Blood Draws: During my first week, I had blood drawn every day from the same arm. By the end of the week, a large portion of my arm was black and blue from the repeated lab draws. The lower levels of care are very helpful, but the upper levels are super not helpful. Letting unstable patients walk around, having tons of stagnant people from surface-level, repetitive groups and constant staff turnover- this is a wonderful place for life-on-the-line tube intervention or people who are seeking IOP,OP, or are intent on recovering in PHP, but the lack of therapeutic effect due to newer professionals and an office-like hellhole in high levels of care leaves me to recommend that patients be stabilized here an... read more
Awful place for treatment. The staff displays unhealthy and disordered eating behavior right in front of others with disordered earing
Most of the staff is great, but some of them suck especially when you're stuck with them on your group and the food is just straight awful and the staff never listens to the things we say in community meetings way too expensive for what your getting and also they take away our phones during the only time that we can access patient advocacy so when I was there during the summer the AC never worked and was always either 50 or 90 degrees and the people who control our AC aren't actually on the unit or in the state, they live al... read more
