The most unprofessional group. We did assessment for virtual program and I arranged my day so my son could attend the virtual. They said they’d send am email with a link. It has not shown up. I called and they said they know nothing about the appointment or us at all. They were incredibly rude!
Coming here was the hardest thing I did in my life and not every moment was easy if you stick through this program and trust them you will thrive recovery isn’t linear. I’m forever grateful for everything I learn through their PHP program and IOP . This place truly redefines the way you see your self and life . The staff is incredible and they know what they are doing . There are a lot of time when this program goes south for people and they quit . very hurtful and traumatic experience. worked with my job to adjust my hours so I could attend PHP everyday. Was kicked out of php after 1.5 days and told I need residential due to my bloodwork (which they received and reviewed the week prior to admission). I was told I was good to start. was shocked when they pulled me on day 2 and said I had to leave or go to residential.
