Haiden, the leasing guy, is amazing, super informative and helpful. The apartments I saw look nice, clean, and ready for move-in! The property manager who gave the tour, didn’t catch her name, was fine — short and dry, but not rude. I didn’t end up picking this place (neighborhood wasn’t for me) so all I can speak to is the viewing process, but that was promising.
This is, by far, the most responsive and pleasant management team I have had the pleasure to work with. We moved into an apartment at the Emery in 2025 and I was extremely impressed how responsive the team was. Sydney was excellent at fielding questions and solving problems, Cody fixed service requests the day of submission (or the next day), and Hayden was always available to help. In my 9 years as a a renter this is the best place I've lived in. The only reason I'm leaving is to buy a home. Sydney at the front desk has always been kind and easy to talk with. Cody, our in-house maintenance guy has been much the same. He's highly knowledgeable and very on the ball with ordering parts and replacements. The building itself is great, built in 2013, it's well insulated and the split air HVAC system and electric heat work great to keep the apartment at stable temperatures without crazy electric bills. Sydney has been absolutely wonderful from day one: consistently responsive, patient with every question, and genuinely committed to making sure residents feel taken care of. Her professionalism and kindness have given me so much peace of mind during a busy chapter of my life as a student. It’s rare to find someone who not only manages a property well but also truly cares about the people who live there. I’m very grateful for the ease and stability this place has provided.
