This transition in property management companies has been rough to say the least, but frankly it is what it is. I do not love Norris and Stevens for lack of rewards, bilt points, or resident marketplace. However, Sydney has been great and I love having her on the property. Absolutely stellar Customer service from Sydney and Tom at The Emery. Tom did a great job with my work order and Sydney followed up and made sure I was happy with the service. Also shoutout to Sydney for always being on top of things, along with taking care of use even after we move in. she’s a literal one woman show and she is killin it! If I could give Sydney, the Community Manager, a 10 star review I would! I recently moved here, and Sydney was incredible to work with. Not only is she extremely professional, she is so kind! The entire community is always super clean, the trash rooms are clean and organized, Sydney gets back to me immediatley with answers to any questions I have, work orders are completed on time, and Sydney always greets you with a smile and says hello. Moving into the Emery has been nothing short of delightful. The manager, Sydney, showcases an exemplary level of tact and compassion. Not only does she work to keep everything running cleanly and smoothly, she remembers and checks in on the personal lives of residents. She helped to make sure that the moving process was simple and painless, showing great empathy for the strain of moving. The apartments are always clean, there's always coffee in the lobby, and a bright face in the office.

I recently had the pleasure of touring with Sydney. My friend hasnt even moved in yet and she already provided us great customer service! My friend is moving from out of state and she understood she was a little nervous. She really heard my friends concerns and genuinely took the time and showed us apartments that matched what she wanted her next home to be! Once her lease is up my friend is definitely gonna apply! Sydney, thank you so much, there arent many genuine people like you out in the world!
