I've waited about three months to write this so I would calm down first. I lived at The Emery for six years; my elderly mother lived there for four. We had zero complaints and enjoyed living there immensely. In April 2025, the property management was changed to Norris and Stevens (from Greystar). IMMEDIATELY, it was terrible. NS took over with very poor communication, lack of presence, garbage piling up. A property manager was hired, Sydney. Been living here for years. New company took over. I love having Sydney and Cody here. They do a great job and there’s never any drama.
