Sydney has been absolutely wonderful from day one: consistently responsive, patient with every question, and genuinely committed to making sure residents feel taken care of. Her professionalism and kindness have given me so much peace of mind during a busy chapter of my life as a student. It’s rare to find someone who not only manages a property well but also truly cares about the people who live there. I’m very grateful for the ease and stability this place has provided. I've waited about three months to write this so I would calm down first. I lived at The Emery for six years; my elderly mother lived there for four. We had zero complaints and enjoyed living there immensely. In April 2025, the property management was changed to Norris and Stevens (from Greystar). IMMEDIATELY, it was terrible. NS took over with very poor communication, lack of presence, garbage piling up. A property manager was hired, Sydney. Been living here for years. New company took over. I love having Sydney and Cody here. They do a great job and there’s never any drama.
