RecommendedThe place is very neat with supportive staff.
We have been living at the Emerson for almost a year. The office girls are great! The office manager is always helpful and friendly and ready to assist in your needs. Maintenance does a great job. Mark especially is friendly and will love your pet. My dog jumps right into his cart for his ear rubs and dog biscuits . They have been working very hard on renovation. We are close to everything witch I love. Angie
Haven’t been able to enjoy living here with all my uncompleted maintenance tickets and the cigarette smell leaking in to my apartment. 100% do not recommend and 100% cannot wait to move out.
I couldn't be more thrilled with these apartments. They're beautiful and have great amenities, but most importantly, everyone is extremely helpful. All of my maintenance requests are handled within a day and everyone in the office is so nice. Love this place!
Great people great location and great atmosphere
Wish I had the option to rate it 0. We paid them 500$ security deposit and signed the lease while moving in. Upon vacating the apartments, they said we will get the security deposit back. It’s been 5 months since we moved out and they still haven’t paid our deposit back. I have called them at least 10 times to follow up and each time they say they don’t have it in their records. I looked at the apartments and i really liked it..i just wish they wasnt so expensive 2 get in...rent is really high...and the 2 bedroom lay out was nice only thing i didnt like was that the balcony should b in the master bedroom and not in the second bedroom..besides that and the high rent i really like it...
