The Emerald is a fantastic building to live in. The amenities are high quality, from the entry to the 39 floor it has the feel of somewhere you can truly call home and make your own. The concierge is awesome, and this is a huge factor in providing community and familiarity. Shout out to Jeff for being a fantastic concierge, always personable, jolly and genuine. Just moved in recently and pretty happy with the experience! The rooftop is spectacular and the concierge is very helpful with tasks. The only drawback is that my kitchen doesnt come with a microwave :')
