Just moved in recently and pretty happy with the experience! The rooftop is spectacular and the concierge is very helpful with tasks. The only drawback is that my kitchen doesnt come with a microwave :')

I downgraded my rating to two stars for a valid reason: The HOA's board is untruthful and frivolous. The HOA manager tries to charge residents hundreds of dollars just for throwing away something simple like a piece of wood or not breaking down a box. The community manager will videotape and photograph you and invade your privacy and harass and stalk you around the building and make false accusations; they were sued in federal court and under investigation. 3/5 stars overall - Pros and cons like anywhere else downtown in a modern building! 1/5 - constantly broken trash chute with blue offline lights and red full lights even when not in use. Need to carry trash down to dumpster room, automatic sprinkler system sprays residents. 1/5 - finicky touch screens and key fobs for elevators, specifically elevator car "C".
