Karl changed my life. Let me rephrase that, I changed my life, through my work with him. For many of us, it’s easy to talk our way out of anything and it’s really hard to face some of the things that are unspeakable. Through this work, I was able to desensitize and to work through some early traumas, making me a better parent and better version of myself. I would recommend this for anyone who is uncomfortable having to talk about things and for anyone who can talk their way out of anything.
