I went there during business hours to speak to someone in the office and the office was closed. I called and left a message and my call was not returned. Smells like laziness.

Maintenance and upkeep in series need of repairs. Courtyard floods up to 10 inches deep every rain. Cannot access parking lot without wading. Gutters poor rain all over sides of walkways. Yardwork is lax. No taking or removing leaves. Laundry sucks. 3 dryer's take multiple runs to dry one load. All security gates are broken or can be jimmied by shaking handle. Manager only here part time. It's not the worst place, but the improvement needed is undeniable. They did install good security cameras or I would have rated it 1 or 2... read more
AWFUL. Mooches Everywhere. I can't even make it to my Apartment without someone asking Me for a Cigarette. AND Not To Mention How Many people Think You Owe THEM.
