New Tenet Jose was extremely helpful from the start. From calling to confirm an initial viewing to checking to see how we are getting settled in. He did a video call to show me the exact unit I would be in. He helped get everything pushed through as we were on a super tight time crunch to find an apartment within 24 hours. He worked around us moving in with his coworkers on his day off to ensure we were able to get the keys to our apartment in a timely manner. Overall we have had great initial experiences. Amazing customer service! The customer service at this property is amazing! We recently relocated from Florida and we were able to get everything done prior to our move-in. It has been great working with Ty. He is extremely helpful and responsive. At times the phone wouldn’t be answered but if I sent an email or left a message, someone would respond within a reasonable time. No reply I called them several times to find about renting an apartment, they never responded. Seems they enjoying teleworking.
I move in at the end of the month. I have to say, that Amy definitely made my PCS easier. I was being yanked around by another apartment home in the area for 3 months! Telling me they couldn’t hold and apartment for more than 2 weeks even if I put a deposit on it, and there may not be availability. Within 15 hours of getting a quote online for the elms (I put one in at 10pm) Amy called me the next morning with information and asking when I’d be able to move and so on. RecommendedVery clean and the only thing I don’t like is the walls are thin, but I think that is pretty common in apartments.
Great friendly staff. Nice apartments Large pool. Walking distance to shopping restaurants banks and the Malll as well as Live Casino
The buildings are beautiful inside and out. There is ample parking for homeowners and guests alike.
Spacious Apartments My apartment is very spacious and i am able to fit my stuff in my home without having to rent out storage space. I am happy about that and its a good place to host friends.

Great Location and great customer service This is a great place to live because of how easily i can access all that i need. I am new to the area so i wasn't really aware of how close i really am to everything. When my family comes to visit, we go to the huge mall that is literately across the street. Driving to places is easy because i can get to an highway in less than 5 minutes. I also love being close to the airport. The people that work there are also very helpful and friendly. I am happy i chose to live here.
