The Elme has very aggressive eviction practices. They begin eviction process on the 20th day of the very month you're in arrears. Even for less than $500 your case is referred to lawyers and the eviction tragedy begins. They clearly care only for money not you, your comfort, or the property itself. The parking is scarce. Especially on holidays. I do not use my patio because I was told to remove what Id placed there and it must be "staged" to attract new lessees.
