Definitely not “kid” friendly if you’re thinking of moving in with your children or plan to have children. There is this older lady on the first floor who ALWAYS complains ABOUT EVERYTHING!!! It would suck to live right above her because she would most likely call the police on you if you even take one step Please don’t rent here. STAY AWAY!!!
Joke of a building the person that presents the unit is so unprofessional. I highly recommend, avoiding to go look at these units or to look at this building. They should really be ashamed of themselves for hiring that lady.
This building looks nice and the units look great online but the person responsible for showing the units is rude and very unprofessional, they expect you to be exactly on time as they only give you 15 minutes between their next appointment so if you’re 5 minutes late and the other person shows up 10 minutes early you have to wait outside on the street as if you’re being punished. It’s truly a joke of customer service, and she states she’s been doing this for 12 years and never had complaints, I highly doubt that in the city... read more
A true joke of a building I don’t even know where to start not only did she waste my time but she made me wait for her on the street just because I was five minutes late like as if I need to be punished like a child the lady that shows the apartments in this place should be fired
