I've been living at the Ellington since 2010, Sonia and Erin are the best management team to ever come through here. The customer service I received is top notch. Always friendly and ready help. They truly bring a hidden value to the complex! And I could not image living here with out these two.
I never do reviews or surveys, but I will for The Ellington. Erin is very patient and knowledgeable, all while being friendly. Mrs.Sonia has a high standard of what our property looks like and handles any complaints quickly. Erin and Mrs.Sonia definitely put the residents first.
I’ve spent a year looking for my “dream home” and The Ellington is where it’s at! I love my newly renovated apartment! It’s so quiet and the grounds are always beautiful with flowers and fresh grass, and it’s always clean! The office staff are amazing! They’re very knowledgeable about their property and friendly! I even made friends with maintenance in just a few days of moving in! Erin was so helpful and communicative through the entire process! Thank you for my dream home!
They suck at responding to emergency situations! You have to call or go inside the office just to get them to respond back to you. They decent for the price.
