I haven’t moved in yet, but my experience with The Ellington so far has been great. The leasing team has been very cooperative, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. They’ve taken the time to answer all my questions and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Customer service like this really makes a difference when choosing a place to live, and I’m looking forward to moving in!
Sonja & Erin were professional. efficient , and comfortable to work with since we were from GA. Our son quickly applied to reside at Ellington at Kirby. The apts were clean , airy with a welcoming atmosphere. Landscaping was well maintained just like the apartments.

I have been looking at this complex for over a year. I drove through on holidays when school was out and late at night to see what was going on that you wouldn’t see during operational hours. So, I decided to move here, and so far, I love it. It's very quiet for the most part, and my apartment is beautiful. Mrs. Sonya and Ms. Erin make you feel as if you are the most important person here they explain everything you need to know about the community in detail.
