BIG RIP OFF PIG SLOP FOOD – This was one of the biggest rip off experiences of my life. The menu sounds like they have actual gourmet French food. What a joke. This was one of the worst meals of my life. I am 60 years old, have lived in France and owned a high end Italian restaurant. I ordered the 'Lamb from 4 continents" ($30), rare, and was presented with 2 lamb chop, and 3 other unidentifiable pieces of some kind of mystery meat, completely over cooked, and with no flavor. EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE.....FIVE STAR...ALL AROUND...
Historic Delights This old historic building is divided into a number of separate rooms for dining and easily accommodates various sized groups for functions such as business luncheons, society meetings, and weddings. I have never been disappointed in the food whether it is a private dinner or a large society meeting with buffet ( held in an adjacent heated tent). The menu changes frequently which keeps those returning interested. It is a little difficult to find so make sure you have good directions.
