Located in the heart of the historic Browne’s Addition neighborhood just west of downtown, the Elk has become a keystone of this once run down neighborhood. If someone needs evidence of how one establishment can change a neighborhood, look no further than the Elk. The Elk also boasts what is widely considered the best patio dining in the city, a great place to enjoy one of our creative weekly specials, homemade soups and inventive cocktails. Whether it’s a 1st date, a 50th anniversary or just beers with friends y... read more

some of the best lunch food in Spokane I was traveling through Spokane with about twenty people a few years back and I demanded we stop here for lunch. I'll told them the same thing I would tell anyone going here, "Just try the lamb sandwich." They all agreed, it's heaven between two slices of bread. The rest of the menu is top of the line lunch/pub food as well and the atmosphere makes for a wonderful lunch experience.
The Elk has been a favorite for years, but we had take-out tonight after a long hiatus (due to covid). I forgot how much I love the Chicken Cesar Wrap with the famous Corn Pasta - HMMMMM!
Enjoying the outdoor sitting! A big plus!!+++++
We had the Reuben and French dip was so amazing and the corn pasta was great too. The staff was awesome.
My favorite patio when the weather cooperates
I had the turkey melt that was on special and it was delicious. for my side I have pasta salad also delicious. I highly recommend trying them
Never disappoints! Food is fantastic! Great service and awesome drinks. Patio is open come on down.
Delicious food and yummy drinks. Spokane staple. They always have new stuff to try but my favorites are the roasted corn pasta and the swimming angel.
The Elk is our go-to for pre-concert dinners. Every time I go, I try something different and have NEVER been disappointed. Service is laid back, but appropriate.
