I am very frustrated with the process so far with this company. We are awaiting our pending application for a property. We requested the move in date a little over a week after the day we submitted our application. We were told that the property we were applying for did not currently have any other applications. We then paid the non-refundable application fee for two adults. Because our moving date is fast approaching- I have called to ask the status of our application and if we need to do anything. Not bad . Not great . Didn't really have any answers to my questions . Most of these property management companies aren't personable, like dealing with robots .
Never have had a good experience other than when working with Julie. Do not rent from them or let them manage your property. They do not so repairs quickly despite one water leak where Julie stepped in that day. Alice sucks. They would let your house be infested before fixing a thing.
TERRIBLE PLACE TO RENT FROM!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR DEPOSIT!! TAKE THE ADVICE NOW BEFORE LATER. they do not care about their tenants, we complained about the tenants above us numerous times. It got to the point our windshield was shot out by them and they shot their gun 13 TIMES outside an 8 complex building where multiple kids slept at night and still they weren’t kicked out.
