I've placed a bunch of orders over time for various company branded products and shirts. I just received an order of shirts for me and one had the logo almost diagonal. I emailed a picture and within minutes I received a response from the owner in the dark hours of the morning that they would fix the issue. Wow, that is customer service! Recently purchased shirts for my team. Andrew the sales manager did an excellent job and helped answer all of my questions from billing, shirt options and delivery. Extremely helpful and overall a very hassle free process! I would recommend the elite group!
