My Lovely daughter sent me this Beautiful Mother’s Day bouquet of Roses along with my absolute favorite David’s cookies, the Delicious pecan meltaways!!! Love all the way from Seattle back to MN Roses are way too expensive to send to Waikiki so I am Happy to receive these flowers while back on the mainland. The roses were delivered on time and I was able to receive them direct from the driver so they were cut, cooled and vased with ice water to restore the life back into them. Did not deliver the flowers on the occasion they were for, nor any time for that matter. When I contacted Costco they could provide no answers and said Elite was going to call (twice). They never called and I have contacted Costco four times regarding this, with no answer. BEWARE Costco uses this terrible company. If I could give negative stars I certainly would. company is good, flowers are well no mold and no petals falling off.
Ordered flowers from Costco, this company is vendor…flowers came awful!!! Never in my life I received this kind of flowers. Dead flowers with MOLD!!!! Petals fell of the second I touched the flowers! This company should be ashamed for the service they provide to people! Costco did refund me, but it’s not about the money…. Shame on you whoever runs this company!
