Did not deliver the flowers on the occasion they were for, nor any time for that matter. When I contacted Costco they could provide no answers and said Elite was going to call (twice). They never called and I have contacted Costco four times regarding this, with no answer. BEWARE Costco uses this terrible company. If I could give negative stars I certainly would. Ordered flowers from Costco, this company is vendor…flowers came awful!!! Never in my life I received this kind of flowers. Dead flowers with MOLD!!!! Petals fell of the second I touched the flowers! This company should be ashamed for the service they provide to people! Costco did refund me, but it’s not about the money…. Shame on you whoever runs this company!

I received my flowers through an order from Costco and they showed up dying. There are suppose to be 50 flowers but apparently counting is not a strength as I am short several roses. The edges of the ones I received are brown, they had no water for the week it took to arrive after being shipped, and are the wrong color. The company would not honor their word on the listing to replace the flowers.
