The front desk are absolutely horrible, nasty unhelpful. I waited 30 mins twice today to get through on the phone. They need new office staff who care. They old lady definitely has to go she is ignorant, and just doesn't care. Wish I could get a new clinic
There is a new receptionist who has very poor communication skills. She is rude and difficult to understand causing communication errors. This office seems to be going down hill.
