Horrible rude staff. Always have an attitude. I called and asked a question and the girl answering the phones hung up on me four times. The doctor is horrible and a compulsive liar. I would never recommend this place. I was a patient for years and the doctor dropped me without warning because he was in a bad mood and took it out on me. Horrible, don’t come.
I have been Dr. Zahid's patient for a long time. His staff is extremely helpful, friendly and the office space is nice and clean. Dr. Zahid is a very good doctor and treats all of his patients with respect. He really cares for his patient's well being and is very considerate. I have been to many other nephrologists but have never received such excellent care. It has truly changed my life.
******If i had the option to rate this garbage place a 0 i would. The staff is very unorganized and unprofessional the "receptionist" jasmin is the most unprofessional and rude person i have ever encountered in a healthcare business. She does not belong working anywhere around sick people because she lacks compassion and has no sympathy towards helping people. I LOVE both Mr and Mrs. Dr. Zahid; however, this office has the most unprofessional staff. They are disrespectful, unorganized, untimely and completely lacking compassion, understanding and a patient-first attitude - all of which are which important when it comes to healthcare. After 12 years of being a patient, I will be looking for a new Nephrologist and Psychiatrist.
