The way this company is handling the Wonderstruck music festival in wake of a world wide pandemic of COVID-19 is unacceptable. Instead of offering refunds, their solution is to reschedule the music fest, which may not even have all of the original acts we paid to see, or to honor 2020s tickets in 2021, with an unknown lineup at this time. This is really unacceptable and very poor customer service at such a sensitive time
