Ryan, Meredith and the team at The Elements furnished our brand new home in West Des Moines. The process was smooth, they were easy to work with and the final product was far beyond our expectations! We love our furnishings from the elements! We picked some items out and special ordered them. The delivery went well and they brought extra items to style the space. It’s genius in their end, because I wanted to keep everything! Ryan was very professional and helped me find items that were within our budget and fit our needs. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience working with Jenna and Tracy as they helped customize several options for our new house. I especially liked that they took the time to get to know us and were able to help us visualize the specific layouts. The entire store is fun to visit as the team always keeps it fresh and new.
I’ve lived in Ankeny 37 years and I’ve never been treated worse. A friend told me to check there for my furniture needs. I needed island/counter stools and I was treated like I didn’t belong in your store. She had me walk over to the other side of the store to show me nothing. She says, “you know ours usually run around $800 a chair.” I’ll buy my 6 stools somewhere else. I had interest in so much more than stools that day. I’ll be sharing my experience.
We had a fantastic experience with Elements! Ryan came to our home, helped us navigate a tricky basement layout, and selected furniture that made the space feel cozy, bright, and functional. He made the entire process incredibly easy and even helped us finish the room with the perfect accessories. Ryan was a great communicator throughout, and we couldn't be happier with the final result.
