On time, professional, and friendly service. Addressed a wiring issue that was more complicated than anticipated and brought in a second electrician to help solve it so it could all get done in one day. They were very thorough and we'd definitely hire them again.

I was so sad to discover Swartz Electric had been bought by a national company with a horrible phone tree manned by AI agents! (Two weeks later, an appointment I did not approve got shoved into my calendar.) But the good news is, this forced me to look for a new electrician, and I could not be happier!
