The Electric Way was fantastic from the start. They were friendly during scheduling and made it easy to schedule over the phone, email or text message. The electrician that came out for the free estimate was friendly and upfront about the length of the job and what parts would be purchased. During the install they got the work done quickly and did a great job neatly cable managing all the cables inside the panel for the energy monitor I had installed. Evan was very professional and helped with my concern in a very expedient and efficient manner. He walked me through everything that was wrong and was able to fix it right then and there. He even inspected the circuit panel and made sure that was all good and well. Awesome work! Will definitely use The Electric Way again in the future.
Evan called to let me know he was an hour ahead of schedule from other appointments and asked if I was open to meeting earlier. Worked out perfectly for me, actually, cuz it opened up my schedule for the rest of the day. He was very polite, friendly, transparent, thorough, focused and cost conscious.
Excellent service. Fair price. Explained all of the possible steps for repair estimate. Wonderful to work with. I appreciated the text with photo of electrician so I knew who was coming to my door as well.
This company is fantastic. Superior customer service from start to finish. They are honest, reliable, and communicative. We got a quote for a small adjustment to our electrical panel from another company for $1400, felt a little funny about it. So grateful we opted for a second opinion, and I chose this company based on all of the positive feedback I read in their reviews. They did what we needed done for 1/5 of the cost of the first quote.
