I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Please look for another apt complex as you will have many troubles. The other one star review comments are true, and reflective of my experiences past 3 years. Unfortunately, the construction was poorly executed, causing water leakage, noise/temperature issues, constant fire alarms during humid weather, etc. Besides the poor quality building construction, the management with all the changes cannot properly address the residents' concerns. i visited here i intended to tour the space but when i went to wash my hands the water was brown and yucky i walked out of the establishment immediately

I also want to note that many recent positive reviews appear to be from new tenants or prospective residents, likely written during tours or incentivized promotions. My husband and I have lived in this building for four years. For the first year and a half, we had very few issues, and any concerns were addressed promptly and professionally.
