Golf simulator was broken for much of fall 2025. The building began charging us a $75 “facilities” fee every month, for what seemed like reduced service. Don’t get me started on the fire alarms. They go off in the middle of the night when there’s not a fire. Then in October, when there was an actual fire in someone’s unit, the fire alarms never went off. Word got out eventually, and that truly spooked us. This was an awesome place to live for us newlyweds in 2022. There were plentiful events for residents and good community.... read more
I Agree with the other reviews that this property has gone downhill under this new management. Besides the other complaints, which are absolutely accurate, there is zero insulation in the walls and in between the floors. The apartment complex is full of dogs. Most are quiet but if you end up next to one, under one or over one that barks, you can hear the dog bark through the walls and floor as though they are in your own apartment. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Please look for another apt complex as you will have many troubles. The other one star review comments are true, and reflective of my experiences past 3 years. Unfortunately, the construction was poorly executed, causing water leakage, noise/temperature issues, constant fire alarms during humid weather, etc. Besides the poor quality building construction, the management with all the changes cannot properly address the residents' concerns. i visited here i intended to tour the space but when i went to wash my hands the water was brown and yucky i walked out of the establishment immediately
