Posting under pseudonym. I lived in this complex for one year so far. The place is dirty- people leave their bikes everywhere. I have seen roaches in the hallways and in my apartment. The place smells like cigarettes all the time. There is almost no parking available. The concrete floors aren't finished right and are covered in mold stains.
