Joe Hoagland went over and above to meet all of our requests. He viewed various properties with us and gave us his honest opinion on each. At each, he noticed things which were not apparent to us. Several times Joe viewed homes with our daughter and/or son and then FaceTimed with us. Once he did this alone. He never seemed to be short on time and never pushed us for a decision.
