I experienced the sudden and traumatic loss of my dog last Friday. Barbara reached out to me on Next Door as I asked for help. I contacted her while I was having a major mental breakdown, I was in a really bad place. She made her self available for 25 minutes in between patients. I would not hurt myself but I was hurting so badly and she pulled me out. I am so grateful. I look forward to starting therapy with her.
BEWARE! Megan is a danger to children and families. My FIVE YEAR OLD made a claim, completely exaggerated, as five year olds do..and she called CPS. Without discussing with both parents first about the claim. Without getting further information. Then when I called her for clarification she simply says "I cannot discuss what is said in session." I'm the parent! And he is FIVE. She will put your family and children at risk! She needs to be put out of business.
Therapists are compassionate, skilled, and genuinely care about their clients. The office manager, Luz, is always friendly, quick to answer calls, and always provides excellent customer service :)
I see some bad reviews regarding phone issues in the past. They must have fixed it because I called and Luz answered immediately. She was kind and caring and was able to get me in for an appointment within a week. I really appreciate that they have weekend appointments too. I like my therapist and they take my insurance, so it's a win win!
THIS PLACE IS A WASTE. I called for 2 weeks to get an appointment through Kaiser and NEVER got a call back. Guess they don’t give a shit about mental health. Do better!
