Please look into the manager Jody and why she has not been responsive to even existing clients, it makes processing insurance so much harder than it needs to be! I doubt this company can continue to keep their good therapist if they keep on going like this.

If you're looking for a place to get mental health help, I suggest you start with a place that will answer their phones or return calls/messages.
Couldn't get through to Jody, the receptionist, for the life of me. They never confirmed with me whether it would be in person or virtual. They didn't answer my phone calls, emails or texts the day of my appointment. Only had half the session left when my therapist realized she should call me. I never received her contact info before the session. Cleo, the therapist I saw, told me we would be doing somatic work and assigned me four homework items in that half hour.
