Therapists are compassionate, skilled, and genuinely care about their clients. The office manager, Luz, is always friendly, quick to answer calls, and always provides excellent customer service :)
I see some bad reviews regarding phone issues in the past. They must have fixed it because I called and Luz answered immediately. She was kind and caring and was able to get me in for an appointment within a week. I really appreciate that they have weekend appointments too. I like my therapist and they take my insurance, so it's a win win!
THIS PLACE IS A WASTE. I called for 2 weeks to get an appointment through Kaiser and NEVER got a call back. Guess they don’t give a shit about mental health. Do better!
Please look into the manager Jody and why she has not been responsive to even existing clients, it makes processing insurance so much harder than it needs to be! I doubt this company can continue to keep their good therapist if they keep on going like this.
