Disappointed with unprofessional. Bleached my hair without letting me know. Ruined them completely
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I was not informed that bleach would be used, and my hair started lifting extremely fast, and I was moved to toner area very quickly. When it turned very blonde (which I did not want), it was reprocessed again, resulting in a strong gold colour. I was never properly consulted or given clear explanations during the service especially about the bleach.
