I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I was not informed that bleach would be used, and my hair started lifting extremely fast, and I was moved to toner area very quickly. When it turned very blonde (which I did not want), it was reprocessed again, resulting in a strong gold colour. I was never properly consulted or given clear explanations during the service especially about the bleach. Really good salon with very kind and friendly staff especially Karina & Pat. They always make you feel comfortable, chat with you, and give the best advice. The team is very professional and genuinely caring. The only downside is that the prices are a bit higher compared to other nearby salons, which makes it difficult to visit as often—but the quality of service is excellent.
So extremely happy with my hair cut. I had the lovely Danniele 🌻 I will definitely be returning soon💯🤩🫶🏻
i have been to this salon 2 times and both experiences have been great! they always exceed my expectations and let me know realistically what is possible with my hair and are welcoming and kind, Dannielle did my hair today and i was very happy with it, and got many compliments!
Worst salon I have ever been to.
