Horrible experience! Currently nursing my scalp burn and my poorly coloured hair. A single colour job, not an overly complicated task has turned into an overly priced weeping blistered sore scalp experience. Feeling super sad & disappointed. After contacting the salon their manager tried to shift their accountability to a hair dye supplier rather than acknowledging their own responsibility to the situation.
How good... Molly is absolutely delightful.. Great hair cut to tidy an old boofhead up... Definitely worth the drive for a cut.
