If you love roches you will love this place. The mantince crew is horrible about doing anything. They said the work load was completed but the same bullshit still hasn't since June. I would understand if they sent me an email saying they are backed up but nothing like that. And most recently I bought a new car and it got towed. I took a Lyft to go get it and I was told my old car would be on a 30 day no tow list so I could move it somewhere else. Not even 24 hrs pased and my other car was towed. Just moved in on Friday, so I had the whole weekend to check out the place through and through. First of all, Allen in the leasing office is amazing! He was very informative and helpful during the application process. There were a few things that were not to my satisfaction when I moved in, but! Allen called me right away as soon as he heard and assured me that they are on it! So I’m happy with my move to the property.
Be careful, because they don't tell you about all the additional costs. In addition, the apartment looks cheaper than the high prices they offer.
I hv been staying here for more than 10yrs and this is the worst management I hv seen. No maintenance, no rules. I hv put in maintenance work order and pest control for a Month now but no one has come to check . Roaches all over in my food and I hv kids which is not safe, the fridge is thier home and my food being contaminated which is expensive to buy. Being in an apartment for 8yrs no repair is bad.
