This is my go to hotel whenever I am in town. The rooms are always nice and clean. The internet is fast and the amenities are top of the line multiple restaurants and gym and spa. I send all my friends and clients to them. Staff is the best of the best.

This was a really toxic place to work as a massage therapist. It's full of drama and people who are set in their ways unwilling to communicate. They put on this front like it's the "Edgewater family" but it's not. They're set in their ways with competitive therapists that apparently they're unwilling to do anything about. If you are a massage therapist considering working here, I suggest you stay away. There's a reason they're short staffed.
My partner and I went to Edgewater Spa to get a couples massage for my birthday. It was a great experience. The massages were tailored to our preferences, and the technicians were very attentive and friendly. When they found out it was my birthday, they provided us complementary Prosecco. The amenities were very relaxing and well kept. If you are looking for somewhere to get a massage, I would highly recommend booking with Edgewater Spa.
I bring a large group to the Edgewater Spa every year and every year they continue to impress! They are always extremely responsive when planning and provide such great service while we are there. Everyone in the group raved about their services especially with Ty and Megan. I can't recommend this spa enough!
