From out of town, I planned a weekend getaway with my best friend and planned our day around a 2pm pedicure at the Edgewater Spa. We booked more than 30 days in advance. At 1:45pm on the day of our service, we were parking for our service only to receive a phone call that the booking is canceled due to a bridal party going over their time and to call back. This is my go to hotel whenever I am in town. The rooms are always nice and clean. The internet is fast and the amenities are top of the line multiple restaurants and gym and spa. I send all my friends and clients to them. Staff is the best of the best.

This was a really toxic place to work as a massage therapist. It's full of drama and people who are set in their ways unwilling to communicate. They put on this front like it's the "Edgewater family" but it's not. They're set in their ways with competitive therapists that apparently they're unwilling to do anything about. If you are a massage therapist considering working here, I suggest you stay away. There's a reason they're short staffed.
My partner and I went to Edgewater Spa to get a couples massage for my birthday. It was a great experience. The massages were tailored to our preferences, and the technicians were very attentive and friendly. When they found out it was my birthday, they provided us complementary Prosecco. The amenities were very relaxing and well kept. If you are looking for somewhere to get a massage, I would highly recommend booking with Edgewater Spa.
