Great First Apartment We loved it here. Main reason being the walkable area near grocery stores, restaurants, a park. Our unit was renovated with laminated floors and good kitchen appliances. Loved the pantry space. Maintenance is good. Pretty quiet complex that felt safe. Some cons to consider: • Leasing team is terrible at responding via phone or email. They take at least a week to resolve any issues. • The pool feels like an ice bath even in 90 degree weather. • Odd floor plan with a sliding door in bedroom.
Good Value nice management I have lived in Northgate Plaza apartments for about 3 years & 4 months, I like this apartment and this is the best apartment I lived out of my 8 years in the USA. When I moved from Los Angeles to Fremont and came to the leasing office and met Lou for the first time, she was very friendly & helped me in expediting the process and leasing the apartment as I was really in hurry for an apartment. Northgate Plaza I have lived in Northgate Plaza apartments for about 3 years & 4 months, I like this apartment and this is the best apartment I lived out of my 8 years in the USA. 12 years at this property This apartment complex was a great place to live. The staff was always very friendly and took care of maintenance quickly and efficiently. It’s in a premium location right in front of a shopping center and close to Warwick elementary. Great place to raise a family.
