Don’t help when you need them and can’t leave a message because the mailboxes are full. Emergency line is active but will charge you if your problem isn’t their definition of “emergency”
The apartment was filthy upon move in. Sent several pics to manager of conditions. Never offered to send anyone over to clean. Signed 6 month lease then they wanted me to pay for another month for a notice to vacate that was never received. BEWARE ! THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES LEAVE SOMETHING TO PONDER!!!

This apartment was leased by my son, who is a student at ECU. The initial inquiry regarding availability occurred on May 5, 2020. A follow up e mail was sent to my son by "Maria" , one of the management personnel, on May 13, 2020 ensuring my son that everything was ready to go. My son was scheduled to move in on August 19, 2020, and did so, only to find the AC, internet, and washer dryer not working.
