This apartment complex is unprofessional. Student staff unhelpful. They charged for damages that were already there prior to moving in, filled in the condition report. They charged me for damages that were done by other students prior to me moving in. They didn’t even bother to clean the room prior to moving in, mold was covered in the bathroom. The Edge is an okay place to live mainly because of how close it is to campus the location is really its biggest perk. That said, after experiencing it for two years, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re ready to deal with some frustrating issues. First, the cleaning fees are outrageous. So I go to check my account and there are is a charge for $408 from the edge from me moving out because I had wall shelves on the wall that they claim that were “damages” and I also had LED lights around the walls that they claim were damages and I had weatherstripping at the bottom of my door because they had no installation nor weatherstripping around the windows nor did they have the weatherstripping around the main door so through the winter, you would freeze to death, if you are in bedroom C because it is by the door re... read more

Avoid this place. Stayed here for a summer and my car was stolen. This is a so called gated community but the management was of no help and had zero accountability.
