Overpack with high schoolers, smells like dirty cheeks, staff are a bunch of NPCs, and ABC billing company will try to rob you of every fee possible.
Can you guys get corporate to put football on the TVs on Sundays? I asked the staff and they said they can’t switch the stations. Corporate controls it. Most of us don’t want to watch women’s bracket all or soccer. Not one football game on the Tv today.
My personal experience with this gym has been up and down, and I have been a member since the start. The staff can be hit or miss when it comes to being friendly and helpful, but I do want to give credit to the cleaning staff because the equipment and facility are generally kept very clean. I want to emphasize that the communication throughout this entire situation has been extremely unprofessional, inconsistent, and inconvenient. I signed up for personal training with Hannah and paid the first month’s fee of $280 using a separate card/account from the one associated with my regular gym membership.
