I really enjoyed going to Edge Fitness. I signed up for a year and at the time of sign-up was very clear with the sales rep I only wanted to commit to a year and not auto-renew. I was told they wouldn't be able to lock in that rate in a future year and I said that was okay because I only wanted to subscribe for one year. I double-checked the agreement a little more than a month before my year was up and made sure to cancel in case of autorenewal. Used to be the best gym around. It has fallen off harder than Chipotle did. Over crowded, traffic even leaving the place, space under utilized, I’ve been a member since they opened. My rates r 2x what a new member pays. Demographic is full of immaturity and people lacking gym etiquette. Sauna is down 3-4 times a month, if not more if it’s being rebuilt due to black mold. 2 stars for being very well cleaned, the cleaners deserve recognition. Staff is all nice and very approachable. Sarina is the goat. Such a good employee and represents the face of the gym.
Been a strong member for over a year now and I like the constant upgrades. Wish the space could grow bigger.
