Gym is standard, company is sketchy, customer service is awful. I was a member here for 6 years. I signed up on a 2 year membership and on their middle tier (which let me frequent any of their locations) paying $30 something/mo. This past may I knew I would be away for the entire summer starting in June. Go somewhere else. Crowded. 'Gym manager' or who said he was the gym manager, a guy named Harris is awful. Awful, rude. Not worth it. Cops always there in the parking lot and too many people around to get a decent workout in. Maybe Harris no longer works there but at the time I was there, he was there and was really awful and unprofessional.
Used to be the best gym around. It has fallen off harder than Chipotle did. Over crowded, traffic even leaving the place, space under utilized, I’ve been a member since they opened. My rates r 2x what a new member pays. Demographic is full of immaturity and people lacking gym etiquette. Sauna is down 3-4 times a month, if not more if it’s being rebuilt due to black mold. 2 stars for being very well cleaned, the cleaners deserve recognition. Staff is all nice and very approachable.
