One of the worst gyms I have ever signed up for. When I initially signed the contract last year, I was told I would be contacted once my contract was up. Unfortunately, I never received any call or notification, and instead I was charged additional fees without explanation. When I brought this issue to their attention, I was told that the employee who originally signed me up is no longer with the company, and therefore management could not assist me. Proceed with caution, it’s virtually impossible to cancel your membership no matter what you do. I’d advise anyone that you’re better off taking your business to another gym like fort hill or ymca near nequa or glen ellyn. The ownership practice unethical and anti-consumer business methods, that practice trickles down to local management as well, some of whom are very inconsiderate.

Sneakily raised the monthly payment without notice. Called they said it’s nothing to do with them. Not only 1 time they but 3 ATLEAST update your gym.

Although I’ve been a member of this gym for years, it wasn’t until this summer that I returned with real consistency, and I was genuinely impressed by what I found. The club feels refreshed, energized by a team that sets the tone from the moment you step through the door. You’re greeted warmly by the super friendly front desk staff.
