Etiquette while in the cinema needs to be communicated/enforced. Over the past two months, I’ve noticed people having full conversations on speaker phone, FaceTime, and with the person next to them on the treadmill (literally three different situations). Each time they are YELLING in order to be heard over the film that’s playing, which is highly annoying and distracting. Loving the morning crew today!! Kendal and Dallas are amazing at what they do!
I really loved this place since I started, but it’s going down! More broken machines, signing out barbell pads (not a convenient courtesy anymore- just less time spent working out), and today, I saw a roach in the women’s bathroom! I have a video. I used the restroom and came back to the mirrors & this could’ve easily been on my items! I don’t care who or where it came from- keep it clean as much as possible so we guests are comfortable.
