Scammers! Told me $15 a month then charged me $300. Also told me they’ll put the heavy bag back if I sign up. After I signed up and paid all their expensive fees they said they don’t have the heavy bag anymore.

Every time I see him, he’s positive, upbeat, and genuinely engaged with the people around him. Update (May 2026): Staff and trainers are still great, but unfortunately not much else is. The gym is way too crowded, and the current layout feels like it was thrown together with no rhyme or reason. There are stoned 20 year olds dropping weights and leaving equipment all over the place, which makes the whole experience feel chaotic. Most classes are overcrowded, and people often stroll in 20 minutes after a class has started without anyone seeming to care. Been a member 5 years and used to truly love this gym. Since LA Fitness closed it is packed to the point of being difficult to move and long wait times for machines, free weights, benches. It can be practically unusable at night. The cleaning staff is wonderful but now people are leaving trash all over (wipes, drinks). People are rude and sit on their phones literally 10+ minutes between sets. It is beyond frustrating and sad to see how much it has declined.
