Do NOT inquire about signing up online. Once you put in your phone number, they will call you RELENTLESSLY whether or not you answer, or even if they are blocked. They will flood your voicemail inbox almost daily with sign up inquiries. Every time I need to listen to a voicemail, I have to go through 10+ voicemails from this place. You'd think someone not answering, or coming in and speaking to them would be a hint that maybe they aren't interested, but its not. How hard can it be to have enough Black Foam Rollers. Ask and ask and ask, but nobody can seem to get it done.
They are supposed to open at 7am. A large crowd waiting outside and no one to open the doors until almost a half hour. Unprofessional and not what members pay for…. I hope they do better going forward.
