After nine months at this gym I’m not impressed. For the money it is a decent value, but maintenance and cleanliness issues are driving me to consider alternatives once my agreement is done in a few months. For example, the water bottle filler and fountain have been out of order all week (unrelated to the recent local water main break). All of the energy here goes into upselling and promotion, there isn’t much pride in the upkeep or customer experience for clients that don’t buy into the extras.

Be careful on joining this gym as they make it very difficult to cancel and do auto renewal even when u don’t have it in the contract. I paid on it for my full year even after moving away , cancelled in December after last payment only to get hit in January with another payment and yearly maintenance fee. It’s a total money grab situation.

I joined exclusively for the classes and overall I’m satisfied but you need to meet the demand for classes that are popular. You can see on the app which ones fill up and which ones don’t, make more slots for the full classes. The staff are friendly and most coaches make you feel welcome, I’ve had enough time to determine which coaches I’m going to have the best experience with and most of them are a good fit for me. Super disappointed that there is rarely any infra red Pilates classes, and when there is they all completely book up and even the waitlist is sometimes full. It’s clearly a popular class and I’m unsure why they haven’t increased the amount that they offer.
