This place is scam. The place is completely jam packed throughout the day. They don’t tell you you can’t cancel for a year and they hit you with a “yearly” charge after your first month, so they can squeeze you before you realize the gym is packed throughout the day. The people that sign you up rush you and pressure you and fail to mention you can’t cancel for a year. Why did I get charge a yearly upgrade fee when I sign up if I can’t leave without first paying you for a year? Scam. Stay away.
I was at your gym this past Saturday afternoon, 6/13/26 around 1:00-2:00PM visiting with my brother who is a paying member at your gym, in the lobby and then right outside of the entrance. I want put this out that, I was home visiting last week as I don't live in the area anymore. As my brother and I were finishing talking, I went back into the lobby and inform the staff that I had to use the bathroom, very bad mind you. I was very respectful and courteous. The worst decision I ever made was choosing to do business with this club. At the end of it I feel robbed and they lied to me to get me to sign up.
