The gym itself is great. I love it there But their admin is HORRENDOUS. They always give different information every time you talk to someone and the excuse is “I can only speak for myself”. YOU ALL WORK FOR THE SAME COMPANY. YOU SHOULD ALL HAVE THE SAME INFORMATION. This is the second issue I’m having with them and their admin and it’s disgusting. I was having such the worst morning and I stopped in edge and I thought nothing of it Maria c was very helpful given me a tour around the gym also getting me set with some of my goals
Terrible terrible management. Witnessed, what seems to be the manager, yelling at staff constantly. So unprofessional. I absolutely would not recommend this location
The front desk is always going crazy when I’m here. I was working out and I seen one of the front desk employees kick the trash can and start to swear as loud as possible. Very unprofessional staff
They falsely advertise a 7 day free trial that they refused to honor. 3 different staff members were very rude and belligerent. (Edit) despite the apology in response to my review a worse incident happened again after their response. I was asked to sign a liability form I had already signed. I calmly said I think I signed that already and they threatened to kick me out of the gym if I didn’t sign it.
