I am writing to express my frustration regarding the consistent, unannounced closures of the Kids Club and the broken in-body scan machine. As a yearly paid member, I cannot utilize the gym without the promised child care. Additionally, the management team has been unhelpful and unprofessional in addressing this. I am looking for a resolution to compensate for this lost time. I gave sent emails with no response.
I just started using this gym. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of fitness. There are plenty of opportunities and amenities at this gym that makes it the best fit for me (training, classes, showers, protein shakes). Very comprehensive for when you first start with a trial run with a trainer and S.M.A.R.T. Goals for the gym membership. Very clean gym and lots of equipment. So im a member here for almost a year originally from Glastonbury location. I've been hearing West Hartford for the last 6 months. I noticed the air quality has become unbearable. The lack of circulation and the smell of sweat is a recipe for pathogens and viruses. I have relayed to management and still nothing has been corrected. Multiple customers have also complained. I am waiting on a new gym to open and we all will discontinue our memberships . To whom it may concern!!
Gym is standard, company is sketchy, customer service is awful. I was a member here for 6 years. I signed up on a 2 year membership and on their middle tier (which let me frequent any of their locations) paying $30 something/mo. This past may I knew I would be away for the entire summer starting in June. I n the middle of May I went in to talk to them about pausing my membership or canceling for the period I would no longer be accessing the gym.
