EDGE is an unprofessional company. I have wasted 6 years paying premiums. Even my specialist doctor giving proof that I am still not fit for job. I have paid $250 for getting all the paperwork. In return they paid $77 for 40 days. Stay away people .We are not fools EDGE 👎
My husband payed premium for 6 years and when he needed it they only gave him $70 in return. They are unprofessional Only thing they do is take your money. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Stay away from them and their ridiculous insurance plans.
I tried to cancel my account after multiple attempts to sign in. Finally, I got the form and I was unable to sign for some reason. They don’t accept the cancel cancellation form if it has a typed signature. So I called. They would not accept my verbal consent to cancel my account. Days go by and I have to print it and send it by mail. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend this company.
This company makes fun of people and doesn’t pay anything. I went through the worst situation and they didn’t pay me anything. I do not recommend this company at all because you will only lose your money. This company does not help anyone. It is very bad.
Ridiculous; like almost all insurance companies. Refused to pay me a proper amount for a genuine, certified, injury claim that has caused me to lose business in my skilled profession. Was paid less than even my total annual premium; and the claim was closed without any notification. Strongly advise no one to sign with them. I shall be cancelling my account today. Hugely disappointed. I would give a negative rating, if there was such an option.
