I’m really surprised by the high rating on this place. I moved in a little over a month ago, and it’s been…quite a journey so far. I looked at many places hoping to find one that’s free of roaches. I was comforted by the reviews and the monthly pest control fee that we pay as residents. I moved into a place that was infested with cockroaches and has many, many issues from electrical to flooring and plumbing, etc. Maintenance has been very difficult to get out to your unit, I’m always told by management that they’ll be coming... read more
