I provided my move-out notice 70 days in advance on October 20, 2025, with an official lease end date of December 31, 2025. I vacated the apartment on December 30, 2025 and returned the keys to the leasing office. Despite this, the office is now trying to charge me rent for January. I have sent multiple emails and messages, but the staff does not respond at all. Whenever I visit or call, they say they are busy and don’t address the issue. Me acabo de mudar hace como dos semanas y me entregaron el apartamento cuando no estaba terminado de arreglar, y cuando llamo a la managuer Cinthia es tan prepotente y quiere estarle gritando a uno , como que uno no pagara aquí , mal servio de ella cada vez que viene a caminar los apartamentos hasta le quiere tumbar la puerta a uno acabo de llegar y ya me quiero ir por la señora Cinthya yo no recomendaría aquí a ningún amigo y familiar por ella los apartamentos en si , si están bonitos limpios me encanta eso no hay ratones n... read more

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for almost nine years, and up until recently, I’ve never had any issues with management. I’ve always felt comfortable walking into the office to voice any concern or request, and things were always handled quickly and professionally. Even when the staff were busy with other tenants, they still made sure my work orders were completed in a timely manner which I’ve always appreciated. Moving in was a breeze, I really appreciate the front office. Since we’ve moved in I had to make some minor work orders and Charles was quick to assist. Changed out a few items and they were brand new. He didn’t hesitate to make sure the job was done and made sure I was satisfied.

Isreal was a great person, very helpful information was given. He showed a variety Of diferent options. Looking forward to making these apartments my home.
