I'm honestly surprised this apartment has only a 3.2 rating. I had a wonderful experience for my year stay at the Edge. The maintenance guy is always tentative and quick. The ladies in the leasing office (Brittany and Gabby I believe) always had positive attitudes and were helpful. It's a quiet area, I never saw any bugs except a spider or two within the whole year. Lived here last school year after a terrible experience with spartan crossing. Not bad for what you’re paying for. Neighbors are quiet. The train does shake the apartment but eventually I got used to it. Small bathroom but overall not bad for my last year of undergrad. Also Britney is very polite and professional. Maintenance guy is hardworking and handles requests in a timely manner.

They wanted to make sure that not only his move-in was a smooth transition, but also his time there. They reached back out to us afterwards to make sure everything was fine. As a parent, that make me feel really good about not only the ap... read more
