I have contacted the office, left voicemails. No call back, very poor communication. Was finally able to get ahold of someone by sending another resident to the office for them to tell us that this is not an emergency. My A/C has been leaking for over a week now. This picture below is just how much the AC has dripped for only the past four hours. I have to set an alarm clock in the middle of the night just so I can drain it so it doesn’t flood. I would not trust the positive reviews on this place because they will host "give away" prizes if you leave a positive review. So if you are seriously considering this complex to live at, know a good review may have been made in exchange for an air fryer. I've read through a lot of the low-rating one's and those are the reviews you'd want to trust. The staff is super friendly and the units/location are great! The amenities being updated are a big plus as well!
Clean, quiet, and well‑maintained. The community feels safe and welcoming, and I’ve enjoyed living here.
LESLIE us very kind and professional. The Complex is beautiful and has a very good maintenance. The pool. Gym all the amenities are in great condition. I love it. 100%
