Parents and students beware! The Edge is expensive and charges students unfounded move out fees without providing documentation of damage or repair costs. Edge management is predatory and does not care about VT students!
Amenities, service, rooms, bathrooms, location are all great! However, those on the first floor are not the lucky ones when it comes to AC units right outside their windows. Having a great apartment is one thing but also having the sound of units outside go 24 hours day and night is not the best - not being able to sleep or focus has become a routine.
