I honestly love living at The Edge because of the people who work here. Kelly, Katie, and Alexis in the office are so sweet and always make time to help, even when they’re busy. They really care and it shows. The maintenance team (Sandy, Mike, and Nathan) are the best! Any time I’ve needed something fixed, they’ve been quick, friendly, and super respectful. It makes such a difference knowing the people here actually care about the residents. They make this place feel like home.
Alexis Cohen is absolutely AMAZING! From the moment I walked into The Edge, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She had a snack set out with a water! She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the process feel so easy. Alexis is patient, caring, and truly wants the best for her residents. One of the WORSE apartments I've ever rented from, greedy on a level I have never seen u have to pay a service fee just to use they're own website when paying rent, and not a cheap fee almost 30 dollars, office staff are snobby and act like any questions you have about your lease or billing is your problem, no washer and dryer in unit yet more then half the comunal washer and dryers are always out of order, pool is never usable do to poor upkeep by property staff.
