I would give a zero rating if I could. I had recommendations from 2 past patients so I thought I would try them. Here is why I would rate them 0: - 5 calls in one week to try and setup an appointment - Call 1: gave my information and they promised to have hand therapist call me next day when in office. - Call 2: never heard from hand therapist and called again. they had lost my information. the person taking my information could not remember my name or my insurance from the beginning of the call to the end. - Call 3: left me... read more
