Very thin walls and ceilings and unresponsive management. Can hear everything from the apartment above.
I really loved living here, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, with Volunteer park just a short walk away. My maintenance requests were handled quickly, the building was clean and well-maintained and the staff, especially Sally, were always helpful and friendly. My move out went very smoothly as well. I’ll definitely miss it!

It's a rather large apartment complex in the north east side of Capitol Hill. Everyone there is nice from what I've gathered. There's a small work out room, 2 garages and osprey thin walls
Enjoyed my time there but the rent kept going up more than what the units are worth due to outdated appliances, counters, and floors. Got to the point where I could no longer afford the monthly rent and had to move. The management made the move out process unnecessarily expensive which was very tone deaf considering my reason for leaving. They refuse to work with me regarding illogical charges for a time in which I did not inhabit the unit.
