Changed guest parking policy half way through the lease because they sold their parking garage to a 3rd party.
I had requested a work order to fix my AC unit, and it was fixed the same day. Everything was working fine and the maintenance team did a great job. Shawn Joe, and Logan came in and completed the work very well and left no mess. Shawn, even made sure my door was locked on the way out and wished me to have a great rest of my day.
I’ve had a great lease term and experience here with little to no issues when it comes to the unit I’m in and overall location. Maintenance is extremely friendly and super helpful with getting things done very quickly. I’ve had multiple great interactions with Shaun on the maintenance team and I believe he sets a standard to how everyone should treat tenants. Overall never had a sour experience being here 8+ months at the time of writing and would encourage anyone to consider leasing with this community.
I’ve had a great experience here so far. Shawn has been incredibly helpful and responsive — he usually resolves any issues within 24 hours of us submitting a request. He even came out in the middle of the night for an emergency, which we truly appreciated!! He is very attentive, reliable, and clearly cares about making sure things are taken care of quickly and correctly. We are very grateful for his dedication!
Talked to Karyren and Amenda at the bone and had a good conversation and time.
