I moved in and noticed right away that the hot water in my bathroom wasn’t working. I put in maintenance request that day and it was fixed. Joe was very timely and introduced himself and his partner Logan. They did a great job fixing it.

Carmen was very informative. She answered all of our questions. She was very thorough, kind and gave great feedback. We traveled from out of town today, and other places cancelled on us, which was very disappointing. Carmen answered our call on our way into town and was helpful once we arrived. She was wonderful. I have been living at The Social for 2 years now and I have never had a problem. The staff are all very friendly and show they really care. The maintenance team here at The Social are all extremely helpful and really show they care. Joe, Shawn, and Logan are all fantastic and are always quick to resolve any issues me and my roommates have ever dealt with. I highly recommend living with The Social on Hovey if you plan on going to school in Normal
Staff was super nice, great area too!
